What happened to my hair?
When I wanted it to curl outwards (a bit like sticking out) so badly, my hair remained straight.
Now, when I want it to lie down on my head properly, it is sticking out in all directions instead. And no amount of water seems to be working!
Is this a sign that my hair is trying to rebel against me?
Hmmmm.......

Life
Things don't always go according to plans.
More often than not, things do not go the way you want it to be.
Maybe you will feel sad. Maybe you will feel disappointed. Maybe you will be depressed.
No matter what you feel. No matter how much you want it to change. What has been will remain.
Scream all you want. Cry all you want. Nothing will change.
Find comfort.
Then get up.
Get on with life.
Life does not stop just because something happened. Life IS a series of happenings.
You have a choice. To make yourself miserable or be happy.
Be grateful for what you already have. Do not fret over what you have lost. After all, how can you gain without first losing? :)
Life is wonderful.
Take all that it has to offer. And savour every moment of it.
Live life to the fullest!
It is much better to look back in life to say 'I'm glad I had' instead of 'I wish I had'. :)

I wonder
I wonder.
If I am not a private student.
If I am a government sponsored student.
Would I still face the same fate?
Answer me.
Would I?

Rejected
I was rejected.
I was disappointed, to say the least. The first thought that crossed my mind was that my application rejected because it was late.
Then, I thought, was it because of my BMAT?
After being sad for a while, I thought, Oh, whatever. That university has never been that easy to get in anyway.
Then my BMAT results came out. Only 5.7 and 6.2 out of 9.0 for the first 2 sections, and only 7.5 out of 15.0 for my third section.
Good grief... Such lousy results!! They must have rejected me because of my results then.
However, after I got over the first bouts of depression, I compared my results to the graph showing the results for this year's BMAT.
Hmmm.....Though I can't say that my results are good, they are not that bad either! I'm considered average. So, why then was my application rejected? Did they require a much higher score than the one I got?
Curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to request feedback from them as to why I was rejected.
After a few rounds of Dear Admissions Officers emails, I finally got the reason I was rejected.
your application was submitted on 20 October, five days after the deadline. Late applications are not considered.
Heaven help me!!!
That was not the end of it!
I got another rejection. From a comparatively lower ranking university when compared with the other universities I applied to. The reason being :
Unfortunately your application was submitted late
and therefore could not be considered. The deadline for applications is the
15th of October. We are not able to consider any late applicants.
I was totally shocked!
2 universities rejected me on the grounds that my application was late.
Is there even hope for the other 2 universities?
Didn't THEY say that they were going to sort out this problem for me? Didn't they say that they were going to personally inform the universities about the reason for the late application? Did they actually do that? Or was it all talk and no action?
To think, even the university which only looks at personal statements and results when considering candidates rejected me. Not that I think that I'm real good, but I seriously don't think that I can't even get an invitation for an interview.
To think, all my dreams of going to UK; all my hopes of getting offered a place by UK universities.......
Dashed.
And only because of a single mistake made by a single person.

Failing Maths
Goodness.
I have never failed Maths in my whole life. Never. Not even once.
Come to think of it, I think I have never got a B before either. Or have I? I can't remember.
But this is really really awesome!
I got only 2 marks out of 100!!
No one believed me. I had to get witnesses to testify on my behalf.
Who knew that I could fail so grandly?

Crazy
Crazy.
I think I'm going crazy.
Maths - one of the subjects that I find relatively easy, and I am pretty confident in, has finally started to show its true colours.
C3 is tough, but C4 is pure torture!
I wonder how I'm going to pull through this. And its only A-levels maths. I'm already getting fearful, just thinking about what degree-level maths holds in store for me.
Maths is confusing me. A lot. I can barely follow what the teacher is talking about. I have been using this action in class very very frequently recently.

Trying out the exercises the teacher gave, I became even more depressed. I'm even contemplating pulling my hair out!

Now I finally understand why some students who are not academically gifted skip classes regularly. Though some may have reasons like not liking the teacher or not liking the subject, I think that most skip classes because they can't follow what the teacher is teaching.
In the beginning, they may have tried very hard to catch up with classes, but after some time, they still can't follow the classes. This makes them frustrated and they eventually give up trying to understand what the teachers are going on about.
This is what happened to me!
I've officially given up any hope on the topics integration and vectors.
I wonder how I'm going to take C4?

Application
Is there still hope for my UCAS application?
I hope so.
Deadline was 15th of October.
Yet my application is still pending.
IUPC here has already sent it over. To the education adviser. And a counselor is checking for me. Or so I was told.
But I'm not really sure as to why it's still pending and not sent.
Luckily, IUPC said that they would sort out this matter for me.
A tiny glimmer of hope is still here, and I'm hanging on to it.
Let this be all sorted out by tomorrow.
*Praying hard*
Wish me luck! :)

Reactions to Hair Cut
This will be on both reactions to my hair cut and my sis's hair cut.
1. My sis's hair cut
One good thing out of the hair cut - I look younger! Hahahaha......
The other day, when I bought something, instead of calling me 'miss', the auntie called me 'mei mei'.
It's been such a long time since someone called me 'mei mei'. This is something to celebrate! :)
Mei mei, mei mei, mei mei.........
I'm now a little mei mei... :DDD
1. My sis's hair cut
- My dad :" What happened to your hair? It looks horrible! It was so long and nice before, why cut it? Now it looks terrible!"
- Her tuition mates (*looked shocked and taken aback when she stepped into class. Stared at her hair as if some terrible thing just happened)
- One of her tuition mates :"What happened to your hair? Your mom cut your hair for you ah?" (interpreted, it means your hair looks horrible!)
- Her tuition teacher :"Oh my god! What happened to your hair?! What happened to your hair?! Oh, I mean, what happened to the rest of your hair."
- My grandma :"Now it's much neater."
- My dad just hurmphed when he saw my new hair cut. It wasn't that long to begin with, so there's not much reaction anyway.
- My granddad :"Ah..this is nice. But if it's half an inch shorter, it would be nicer. Go and cut it shorter la.."
- My grandma :"Hmmm, like that la, neater."

New Hair Cut
All through primary school, I had short hair. Really short hair. Boy-cut hair. I could say that my hair was the shortest among all the girls in my class.
It's not that I didn't want to have long hair. The school rules say that we are not to keep our hair below the collars of the school uniform.
So, you could imagine how much I was craving to have long hair.
After Standard 6, I was just so excited. Finally, I was able to keep my hair as long as I wanted.
My aim: I wanted hair that reached past my waist! :DD
Stepping into secondary school, I was very very reluctant to have my hair cut.
Why?
Because cutting it means that my hair will become shorter! Haha..
I was only cutting my hair when absolutely necessary, ermm, about once or twice per year.
After an agonising 4-5 years wait, my hair was waist length.
Woohoo~~
Long hair at last!!!
Up to last year, I didn't like going for a hair cut. I find it a waste of my money, and more importantly, my hair! :)
However, something got into me this year.
I wanted to cut my hair as short as possible!
Dec 31, 2008. Told the hairdresser to cut my hair short.
Result: The length of my hair halved.
March 2009. Told the a different hairdresser to cut my hair as short as possible.
Result: The whole shop was more or less covered in my hair. My hair shortened to shoulder length.
May 2009. Another hair cut.
July 2009. Another hair cut.
October 2009. Latest hair cut. Together with little sis. Where both of us cut most of our hair.
Result: According to the hairdresser, it's back to F3, F4 look. Skeptical about it at first, but believing it now. :D
Conclusion: Love my new hair cut! :)

Lousy Service
I just love my place here.
A world class university providing world class education in a world class environment.
Yeah, right. As if.
Beginning of September, complained of bad internet connection, was told that repairing it would take 3 weeks.
Okay, fine.
I don't like it, but I'll bear with it.
Middle of October, internet connection seems to get worse.
What's the excuse now?
I just love the way my parents money is used to provide such good service for us.
Wonder why they even bother to collect so much money from us every semester.
Oh ya...I forgot...
The cool green house they are building, of course.
*smacks head*
How could I have forgotten such an important thing?
With the green houses built, we would just need to drink some chlorophyll, or put on some chlorophyll lotion, then sit there while photosynthesis takes place. Then we wouldn't need to spend money on food. Right?
How considerate.
So, that's probably why I just love this place so much.

Protein!
Protein, protein~~
I'm craving for protein....
Since I'm now going jogging more often (maybe), I'm going to need more protein for my overworked muscles to repair themselves and hopefully grow? :)
More protein, less carbo. Is that what I'm supposed to eat? Lolx..
Muscles come come come....
Fats go go go..... As far away as possible... :D
I just had 200grams of chicken meat today!
Hmm....How much protein does that contain?
Is that enough for today?
I'm wondering.
What should I eat tomorrow?

Shocker Test!
Nobody ever imagined that this would happen.
Though our Chemistry lecturer did say that we would be having our test anytime from yesterday, never did we expect to have a test so soon.
Especially TODAY!!!
Nobody believed it when our unofficial class rep said that there would be a test today. (Or maybe we were just in denial. Who knows?)
But when our lecturer came in clutching a pile of papers, we knew we had to face reality.
Lots of bargaining with the lecturer to postpone the test went on, but to no avail. Our lecturer merely grinned and said that he told us there would be a test even before the Raya break.
Well, we were like, What? No lah, Sir. You didn't tell us also. You just told us about the test yesterday! Let us have the test on another day lah~~
Seeing our futile attempts at postponing the test, out lecturer gave us one of his trademark grins and shook his head, saying, No, you will be having the test today. Its just a simple test.
OMG...
1 thing everyone should know about teachers is that their definition of easy is never the same as our definition of easy.
So, I totally gave up on the test. But since leaving the paper blank would be bad for my image (I'm a good girl..lolx), I wrote whatever I could think of, never mind if it was unrelated to the question. xD
After that, I just sat there, doing nothing in particular, waiting impatiently to get out of the class. Hahah.. :)
I wonder what my result would be like.
Though I really really really hope that I won't fail the paper. Wish me luck! :)

When???
Since the start of my A-levels in July last year, I have been observing all three of my lecturers (and an additional lecturer since July this year).
What I noticed was that my Chemistry lecturer is real cute...
He is cute in every way, from his style of teaching, to his way of making sure we understand, to the way he answers our questions.
Come to think of it, everything about him just says 'CUTE'! :)
Example 1.
Someone asks a question: 'Sir, how do we ______?'
*Laughter* 'Just put _____ la...' (Btw, I may have imagined the la, can't remember if it was in the sentence).
Example 2.
Someone asks: 'Sir, why does this mechanism happen?'
*Laughter* 'It just happens. In Chemistry, don't ask why, ask how.' *More laughter*
Example 3.
'Okay class, we have finished the chapter.' *Grin*
Our reaction (well, at least my reaction) :' What?? Finished the whole chapter already? OMG!!'
(This reaction is justified, because sometime my lecturer finishes the entire topic in 2 lessons! But as we progressed through A-levels, we have begun to get used to this.)
Example 4.
'Okay, understand?' *Leans forwards towards class*
Example 5.
When discussing something from the previous topics:
'_____, right?'
This only gets blank stares from the class.
'Hey, remember or not? It's in your topic__?' *Laughs* 'Remember?'
After much pointers on what was going on, class finally come out with this response :'Ooooohhh...'
Lecturer just laughs more. :D
However, I must say that my lecturer is the cutest when announcing our tests. (Not even test results, mind you. Just the test date!)
Example 6.
On Tuesday, my lecturer says: 'Okay class, we have our test this Friday, okay?'
Imagine our reaction! We were so stunned. Then we started moaning and bargaining....
But of course, our lecturer would not be swayed by our excuses (who would, anyway?).
He merely laughs all the way out of the classroom.....
The latest happened just today.
After class, our lecturer told us that we would be having a test soon.
Quoting my lecturer: 'Okay class, you'll be having your test soon. Your test could be anytime. Starting from today. Okay? The topics included will be Organic Chemistry, the Aldehydes and Ketones, Carbocylic Acid....'
As you can probably imagine, we were real shocked, to say the least.
We don't even know the date of our test!
And people like me are just too lazy to prepare too far ahead of the test.
So, you see...I'm kind of in a predicament here.
How am I going to prepare for a test to which I do not know the date????

Realisation
For the past few months of the new semester, I was happily relaxing and wasting my time away.
Study? No!
Homework? If forced to...
Play? Absolutely!
Sleep? Tons!
Online? Can't live without the internet!
Movies? Of course!
Hmmm....
Today's test was bad. Real bad. So bad until I'm thinking of giving up Biology.
Maths is getting tougher. Killer Maths ~~
Chemistry is getting confusing....
Physics has never been blurer...
OMG....
I really should sit my butt down and start studying seriously.
For the sake of my future~
I need to learn to be more robotic, constantly studying.
No play. No relaxation. No nonsense. No excuses. Just do what I'm supposed to do - study!
Maybe I'll see a dramatic improvement in my results. :)
Who knows? I'll have to try it out!
Wish me luck! :)
*P/S : Don't abandon me when I've become a study robot you don't recognise. It's not that I don't know how to have fun. I'll be having tons of fun studying my butt off. :D

Things I Found Out
During the bleak boringness with nothing in particular to do, I have come to a realisation. Ermm, a few realisations actually.
Anyone willing to give some advice?
- I can't survive with nothing interesting to do. Note the word 'interesting'. I can't, and I won't just be sitting down and staring at my books (text books, I mean) or my homework or whatever that needs to be done.
- My episodes of boredom are getting more and more frequent. I wonder why?
- I tend to waste my time mindlessly. And then, I would feel guilty. What a sad case...
- I love to sit and no nothing. This only applies when I have boring stuff to do. It never ever happens when I am busy lepak-ing or sticking my nose in my wonderfully engrossing story books.
- I have no discipline whatsoever. I never get things done on time......
- My internet connection stinks. The unbeatable aroma of this stinks all the way back to my hometown. And sooooo many have commented on this stench. Poooohhhh.....
- I was bored then. I'm still bored now. I'm thinking that I'll still be bored in the future.
- I have quite a stack of things to do.
- I need to learn to be more efficient and hardworking.
- I have yet to learn the art of being able to sit still for more than 15 mins at a time.
Anyone willing to give some advice?

Personal Statement Horrors
Personal Statement.
The unbelievably big hurdle I have to go through to apply to the UK.
I was supposed to get it done and email it to my lecturer during my break, but... distractions came in, and I was distracted, and I got lazy, and I left it aside, and...you get the drift.
So, it was half done when the semester started. And my lecturer asked me, "Hey, have you finished your personal statement?"
I couldn't possible tell him that, "OMG, I totally forgot about it!" , can I?
And so, my great reply was : " Ermm, still editing.."
Well, it wasn't that far from the truth anyway. I needed to delete what I nonsense I wrote and finish writing the statement, which is also known as editing, right?
That very day, I went back, looked up sample personal statements posted on the interned, and started completing my statement.
Sad to say, my statement looks soooo normal a.k.a. boooring.... :'(
No idea how I'm gonna get offers from UK. Depressing la...
Yesterday, MABECS came over, and friends told me to go see them and get my statement checked.
The conclusion?
My personal statement needs to be changed.
Another way of putting it is - my personal statement is below average. :'(
Now, I have another big fat headache. How and what to change? Remember, I can only use 4000 characters, with spaces....
Heaven help me!

Internet Connection Woes
Horrible!
I had almost finished uploading all the necessary photos when there was a problem with the connection or something. I lost all my photos!!! And I have to re-upload them!
That's not all.
Now, I can't upload anything due to connection problems. Again.
During the past few days, I couldn't go online. Reason : Connection problems.
Then, the connection became good again. Very satisfactory. At least I could go online and use MSN. :)
And now... The connection is giving me trouble again. :(
I guess I shouldn't get so greedy and ask for so much.
A few days of good internet connection are to be thankful for.

Bored Out of My Mind
Heaven help me!!!
I'm bored!!!
How can this be? When I have loads upon loads of homework to complete, not to mention the amount of things I'm going to need to study if I don't want to fail my upcoming tests next week.
Oh no...
I'm bored of A-levels. Or should I say bored of studying?
And I'm currently searching in vain for more interesting stuff to fill the time during which I'm not busy (albeit sleepily) attending classes.
What are the options I have?
Well, there are a few things I could do to take a break from all the studying, with Sleeping topping the list.
Top 10 Things to Do When Bored
What should I do now?
Weird. Why am I asking this question anyway?
It's obvious from the number of posts I published today that I'm curing my boredom with item number 4!
Wow...
It surely is effective...
Try it some time if and when you are bored. It's been tried and tested!
May all those who are bored find enlightenment from the empty feeling and restlessness of boredom.
So mote it be.

Top 10 Things to Do When Bored
- Sleep my boredom away.
- Stuff my already-taking-shape-of-a-tyre-tummy with more more more food.
- Meditate. Mantra: I'm not bored. I'm happily enjoying my life to the fullest.
- Go online. Surf all the websites I can find. (If the internet connection is good enough for that).
- Try to go online, until I have no more energy to try. (If the internet connection is hopeless).
- Cook illegally.
- Open my closet and stare at my properties while figuring out when to use them.
- Shuffle and reshuffle my books and notes and stationery.
- Stare blankly into space. At the wall, the ceiling, the floor. Anything that fancies me and manages to catch my attention at that moment.
- If all the above fails, there's always shopping!

Decisions, decisions...
Hmmm......
Few issues have been on my mind since the past month.
1. It just came to my notice that almost the whole world is on facebook. And I was ignorant enough not to notice it. Imagine that! Now, friends are urging me to sign up on facebook. Not one, not two, but quite a number of them.
However, I haven't made up my mind.
Should I join in the rapidly expanding community registered on facebook?
Do I need to let everyone know what I am up to at any particular moment?
Do all my friends need to see my latest uploaded photos?
What happens to my photos when I post them on the net? Will the photos be abused?
Is it that necessary to connect with friends through this? In this manner?
More importantly, will I later regret joining facebook?
2. During my A-levels exams in May, I went crazy. Without any stimulation, I suddenly decided to take an extra subject-Physics. For the past 2 semesters, I was only doing 3 subjects. Out of the blue, I felt the urge to take an extra subject, and I have absolutely no idea what made me come to that particular decision.
I told my parents my new plan. Of course, they thought I was seriously out of my mind (who wouldn't?).
But then, I went to see my Head of Department. A few times, I might add. And surprisingly, my weird request was not only entertained, it was actually approved!
So, now, I am taking Physics, 1 year behind my friends who were sane enough to take it when the course started.
Now, imagine the reaction of others outside the loop when this decision was made. Their reactions said it all - 'you must be joking' and 'are you out of your mind or something?' are the few classic ones. I'm thinking that the look on their faces, combined with what they did and did not say when they heard about what I was going to do might just prove to be my source of amusement when I'm feeling down.
They cannot for the life of them understand why on earth this madness was approved. Well, I myself don't really understand too. So be it.
The question here is, should I register to take the Physics exam during the next A-levels exam?
3. After years and decades of talking about going to UK, now when it's time to apply, I'm actually having second thoughts.
What's happening?
Of course I haven't abandoned my lifelong dream of going there, I'm merely postponing it.
So what should I do?
Should I still apply through UCAS?
Should I register for IELTS?
Decisions, decisions...
That's what life is made up of.
The decisions I make now will shape my future. Or at least affect it in some minor way.
What is the best decision to make? Unless I can see into the future, I would never know which path to take right now.
Two roads diverged in a wood...
Do I take the greener one?

Cut-A-Thon
So, did you hear about the Cut-A-Thon held at Berjaya Times Square on 25th July, Saturday?
If you didn't, then I only have this to say, "Too bad"...
I went, and I got my hair cut. For free, I should add. And, I'm now a part of the Malaysian Book of Records, what with me being one of the participants for the Cut-A-Thon. LoL..
I came back not only with a new haircut, but also with...
A cute little goodie bag, with...

A cool t-shirt inside! I must say, though this t-shirt may not be made of high quality material (it's free, what do you expect?), it certainly isn't something you can get everyday. I have it, and you don't!!! :P

This is a close-up view of the design on the t-shirt. Let me what you think of it. I'm pretty sure that you will like it though. Because I like it!
Look at this Certificate of Participation! You never know when you need it! LoL...

Seriously Stressed
Oh dear...
It's only the end of the second week of my new semester, and I'm already feeling the stress. The best part is, I'm not even doing a degree course. I'm only doing my A-LEVELS, for goodness sake.
Isn't A-levels supposed to be a Pre-U program? And aren't Pre-U programs supposed to be easy?? Which also means that students are supposed to be relaxed and enjoying life before progressing to a degree course and working life later on.
I mean, when can someone enjoy life without a care in the world? During his school days of course! Well, some may argue that relaxation and enjoyment is best left for the retirement days. But then again, who can claim to be as energetic and as full of life as when they're young?
Seriously, I'm going to need psychiatric help. Depression, anxiety attacks, and stress only spell the beginning of mental problems burdening me.
So much to do, yet so little time. Couple that with terrible time management, and ta-da!! You'll get few mountain loads of things that were due ages ago. Cool... Real cool... Maybe you can try it out some time or other.
Now, let's see. What's on my waiting list?
Is that all?
No, of course not. When have I ever been so lucky? The problem now is that I can't recall what else I have to do. OMG...... Horror of horrors. Am I getting amnesia too?
Oh, give me a break......
1 relatively good thing comes out of this though.
I'm finally publishing a new post on my poor little blogie.
Well, what can I say?
I only have some sort of weird inspiration to write when I'm under stress.
Am I a nut case???
I hope not.
Not now, anyway...

- Draft out my personal statement.
- Register for BMAT.
- Prepare for BMAT.
- Register for UCAS.
- Apply through UCAS.
- Presentation on an unheard of topic for Chemistry, again.
- Get my certificate.
- Complete my big fat load of homework.
- Get a haircut.
- Search for a nice swimming costume.
- Tidy my things.
- Mop the floor.
- Study, study, study...

Exam Phobia
See how an exam can affect your whole life?
You get insomnia, depression, anxiety attacks, which lead to sleepless nights. Before, during, and after the exam period. Of course, it intensifies dramatically when the results are about to be released.
Oh, the torture of it all...
Why can't we kids just have a nice, relaxing life?
As in, no exams??!?
You may say that exams are good for us, blah blah blah......
But at what cost?
Exams have become the focus of our lives, overwhelming us, as though our existence in this world is for the sole purpose of taking exams after exams.
Now, I'm not saying that exams are bad or exams are of no use to us.
But when it's at the expense of our health, both physical and emotional, we really need to rethink it.
When an exam approaches, students tend to stay up late, some even staying up through the night (with the help of loads of coffee). This weakens the immune system, making students easy targets of disease causing bacteria and viruses.
Then, students get nervous when exams approach. They may be so nervous before an exam that they can't concentrate on anything that they are reading. During the exam, they may be too tensed up that they panic when they see the question paper, and their brain blanks. So, how do you expect them to score in exams?
Surely these are not good for the students? Or anyone else for that matter.
The physical beating their bodies take and the emotional turmoil they go through, exam after exam.
What will happen to them?
Will they become a nut-case, like what I'm becoming now?
Or will they become a psychopath? Going around screaming in the middle of the roads?
Or will they become super-nerds? Burying their heads in books far heavier than them and have no knowledge whatsoever about living a life, or even socialising (with people, not books)?
Now, isn't that an interesting world?
I'll be waiting to see if that happens......

Studying - The Genius Way
Ever wondered how geniuses study? How they always seem to get perfect score after perfect score, effortlessly?
Well... After doing some research (on my genius friend), I think I've got quite a good idea of how geniuses study. Let me share some tips for the long road of studying that lies ahead.
Well... After doing some research (on my genius friend), I think I've got quite a good idea of how geniuses study. Let me share some tips for the long road of studying that lies ahead.
- If you feel sleepy after reading just 2 lines out of the millions upon millions of lines you are going to have to read for your upcoming exam, fret not! For geniuses feel that way too! Surprised? Don't be. So, the solution. Give in to sleepiness. Get some shut eye. And by that, I mean sleep until you are ready to get up.
- When you are studying, you would most probably be sitting at your desk, right? Don't do that!! When studying, it's best if you could lie on your comfy bed, hug some pillows or soft toys, and then flip through the reading materials.
- Fish has been said to contain lots of Omega-3 that's good for your brain. People always say that eating fish is good for your brain, that you'll be smarter if you eat fish. That's just so not true! Don't ever fall for it. That's because, if the fish can be caught, then it can't be smart, right? So how does eating fish make you smart??? Try answering that.
- Chocolate, ice-cream and french fries have been known to improve brain power. So, the next time you see a bar of chocolate, an ice-cream, or a carton of french fries, don't resist the temptation to eat it. Savour it! You'll be more intelligent!
- When you get bored after studying, don't push yourself to keep studying. Take a break, a long one. Preferably one that lasts for a few hours. What to do during the break? Relax, of course!
Okay, these are the few tips that have been shared to me, and some of my own suggestions. Feel free to try it out! You'll be studying more efectively and getting better grades in no time at all! Oh, there's no need to thank me. You're most welcomed...
Going Bonkers
Okay... So here I am. Starting a new blog, just a few days before my BIG FAT EXAM next week. Am I just great or what??
Seriously, I'm going out of my mind... I've been crapping non-stop this past week, and my roommate has been suffering. Oh, the poor dear... Maybe I'll have to give her some sisterly advice and get her to switch rooms. If only to save herself from the torture of listening to the nonsense constantly spilling out of my mouth.
Hmmm......
I wonder if she'll heed my advice? Or will she just brush it of as some delirious mumblings of mine?
Well.... We'll see, won't we?
Now, back to the issue of my future-determining exam next week. For someone who is having her exam next week, you would be expecting me to sit down quietly at my desk, memorising and stuffing everything with anything to do with the exam into my tiny little brain, right?
Yeah... I know that too. The problem here is, everytime when I start to even look at something remotely connected to the exam, sleepiness descends.
Let me give you an example.
Equation 1. Studying + Boring = Sleepy
Equation 2. Distractions + Laziness = Procrastination of Studies
So, to solve these 2 equations, add up Equation 1 and 2, and you'll get...........
Boring studies together with laziness and distractions gives sleepy procrastination of studies.
And what does that lead to eventually?
INSANITY!!!

Or a Chips-more fortress around my oranges?
Together with my roommate of course.
Wait a second. If me building these is classified as insane, then... My roommate being my partner in crime is... Insanity too??
So that's why we enjoy each other's company so much.
Maybe she doesn't need to switch rooms after all...
